Our Technical Departments (Mechanical, Electrical, Software Design) blend high professionality, knowledge and experience with an intensive use of advanced design technologies; we can provide technical advice and support for all the manufacturing processes, developing and designing customized projects based on client requirements such as floorplan, productivity, efficiency and spending budget.

We are leader in the design and supply of turnkey solutions thanks to our portfolio of primary international companies working daily and worldwide with our automated manufacturing lines.

MANUFACTURING DEPARTMENT

The accurate selection of materials and the careful sourcing and preparation of the parts needed for each project is carried out by expert personnel following the components manufacturing throughout the whole process.

Our expertise and specialization allow us to be vertically integrated for all the mechanical components manufacturing in-house; CNC technology and equipment enables us to take extreme care to all the parts production assuring high quality and on-time delivery.

 

Quality checks on materials, parts and assembly are naturally integrated in our production chain and are performed by technicians involved from the first steps of the project; a dedicated engineer is in constant interaction with the Project Manager and follows the assembly process, testing and the F.A.T with the customer when requested. The same engineer is in charge of coordinating the technician team for the installation and commissioning at the customer site as well as the training and the after sales support in conjunction with the customer service and support team offering an outstanding 360 degrees experience.

Our production philosophy includes the vertical integration of the electric and electronic design and manufacturing performed by a team of highly specialized and experienced technicians capable of identifying and designing solutions with an outstanding degree of quality and technically advanced in the industrial automation and IT fields.

Our software is designed to be very intuitive and functional: we strongly believe that the interfaces are extremely important for our customers not only for the daily manufacturing processes but to offer a continuous improvement and tools for their business management.

Our division Brighi DIGITAL launches the platform CEREBRO to be integrated in Smart Factory and Advanced Manufacturing Solutions.
